1. Who we are and what this is
These Terms govern your use of MyInterviewer (the “Service”), an AI-powered interview practice and coaching tool. The Service is provided by MyInterviewer, operated by Maciej Adamczyk, Lebiodowa 17X, 04-674 Warsaw, Poland, unregistered activity under Art. 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google, or an email and password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your data (see the Privacy Policy), or download a copy of your data first.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer or scrape it; upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share; or use it to process other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.
Reviews by other people (Pro and Max, where available). You can invite one person, by email, to read one of your practice sessions or prep reports and leave short comments. You choose the person and the item, and you are responsible for having a good reason to share them. Do not invite anyone who has asked not to hear from you, do not use this to send unwanted messages, and do not share answers that contain information you would not want that person to see (for example about your health). The person must sign in with an account at that address to read anything, so they must be at least 16. They see only what you chose, for at most 30 days, and you can cancel at any time. Comments are written by that person, not by us; they are shown to you as plain text and never change your scores. If the person asks us to stop invitations to their address, or reports an invitation, we stop all invitations to that address and may limit or suspend your ability to invite; we will not tell you who asked. We may hide abusive comments from your view and suspend accounts that abuse this feature. If the person deletes their account or asks us to, we remove their address from your invitations.
Cohorts (where available). A school, bootcamp, career office or similar organisation may invite you to join a cohort. Joining is your choice. If you join, your practice counts towards group figures only: how many sessions the group did, how often the group practises, how scores spread across bands, how many sessions the group finishes and whether practice is going up or down. The organisation never sees your name, email, answers, recordings or any result for you alone, and figures appear only when at least 10 people have joined. You can leave at any time; your practice stops counting at the next daily update, within 24 hours. A cohort ends on its end date or when the organiser closes it. Nobody may require you to join or treat you differently if you do not.
If you run a cohort as an organiser. We enable organisers by hand. You may use the figures only to understand how your group practises and to improve your programme. You must not use them, alone or with other information, to evaluate, rank, select, reject, discipline or make any decision about a person, or try to work out who is behind a number (for example by comparing reads or creating extra accounts). You must tell learners that joining is optional and must not require, reward or penalise joining or leaving. We may close a cohort at once if these rules are broken or a learner reports pressure.
5. AI-generated content — important
Interview questions, scores, and feedback are generated by an AI systemand are provided for personal practice only. They are advisory and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, or career advice, and they are not used to make, and must not be relied upon for, any hiring, recruitment, or employment decision about you or anyone else. You are responsible for how you use the output.
AI panel and interview debrief (where available). The panel debrief is written by AI, not by people, and is private to you; each card says so. The interview debrief turns your own notes about a real interview into a structured note with AI, after removing personal details it recognises, and you check the note before you save it. Both are practice feedback, not advice about your health, not a hiring decision and not a prediction of any outcome.
6. Subscriptions, billing and the right of withdrawal
- Paid tiers (Pro, Max) are billed via Stripe monthly or yearly, as you choose at checkout, and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings (Manage or cancel subscription); access continues until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.
- Right of withdrawal (consumers). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have 14 days to withdraw from a subscription without giving a reason, counted from the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@myinterviewer.ai before the deadline; you may use the model withdrawal form below but it is not required.
- Starting the service during the withdrawal period. Before you pay, you tick a box by which you expressly ask us to start your plan immediately and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before then, you owe a proportionate amount for the period during which the plan was available to you up to the moment you told us. We refund the remaining balance within 14 days, using the same payment method.
- One-time passes. A pass (7 or 30 days) is a single payment that gives you the Pro features for the stated number of days, counted from the moment of payment, or from the end of your current pass if you buy another one while it is running. A pass does not renew: you are not charged again and it ends by itself.
- Passes and the right of withdrawal. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to a pass as well. Before you pay, you tick a box by which you expressly ask us to start the pass immediately and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the pass has been fully performed, that is, when its last day ends. If you withdraw before then, you still owe a proportionate amount for the days the pass was available to you up to the moment you told us. We refund the remaining balance within 14 days, using the same payment method.
- Subscribing during a pass. You can subscribe while a pass is running. The subscription starts immediately and the remaining pass days are not credited: they are not refunded, paused or added to the subscription. This does not limit the right of withdrawal described above.
- Refunds and chargebacks. A pass ends when its payment is refunded in full or disputed with your card issuer (a chargeback). Pro access from that pass stops at that point; days from other passes you have paid for are not affected.
- The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, including any tax. We will not raise the price of a running subscription without your express agreement; if you do not agree, the subscription ends at the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service. You retain rights in the content you upload (e.g. your CV) and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
8. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
10. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Complaints can be sent to support@myinterviewer.ai. The EU online dispute-resolution platform has been discontinued. Data-protection complaints may be lodged with the Polish authority (UODO).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the “last updated” date will change.
